08/02/2010 -- room was much nicer than we had expected. extremely clean facility. I have stayed at numerous locations in p.c. and this is my favorite so far. the palazzo is as nice as the much more expensive condos. worth every penny. -- scott H.
My Palazzo Experience
05/30/2010 -- Our experience at the Palazzo far exceeded our expectations, Upon arrival all our paper work was available at the registration desk. Our registration on Monday was very pleasant and quite simple. The girl at the desk was exceptionally pleasant and explained everything in detail. The condo was very clean and the decor was very relaxing and pleasant. The only thing we can suggest to improve would be unbrellas at the swimming pool. -- J. Lowell W.
